Manager - Contact/Call Centre Sales - Govt/Enterprise Segment - BPO (5-14 yrs)
Responsibilities:- Contact/Call Centre Sales
- Identify leads and propose managed services and/or other products and services to meet those needs as per customer requirement.
- Direct sales development through a combination of phone calls, email campaigns, and market sector knowledge/intelligence.
- Develop and negotiate customer specific contractual agreements to contractual closure.
- Drive revenue growth and bring in new business from prospective and current customers.
- Develop appropriate financial analytics that represents customer ROI.
- Excellent communication / negotiating / closing skills with customers / prospective customers, strong organizational.
