Manager - Consumer Research - Real Estate (4-6 yrs)
What does this role hold for you?
- Working with a diverse group of stakeholders, you should have experience understanding approaches around exploratory research, user lifecycles, NPS, and a general awareness of the complete research partner ecosystem
- Create and execute strategic research pieces to improve customer satisfaction
- Creating a reliable and realistic representation of the audience segment by identifying user personas through user research and web analytics
- UX audit and heuristic analysis to evaluate the usability of the website, landing page, new design, and functionalities
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to accurately identify problem statements
- Developing and implementing user research methodologies and strategies by creating consumer journey for all verticals
- Assist the Product and Business teams in representing customers' voices, influencing decisions that delight customers, and identifying ways to improve the customer journey.
- Conduct independent research charters to assist business teams in making data-driven and consumer intelligence-driven decisions
- To synthesize key learnings into effective business solutions, would need to work closely and independently with Data Analytics teams, external consultants, and market research partners.
- Facilitate communication between internal and external stakeholders
- Doing a competitor analysis to understand product offerings and features
Apply if you have :
- Graduation and/ or a post-Graduation degree from Tier 1 Colleges like IITs/ BITS Pilani/ IIMs with a minimum of 4 years of experience in CX Research
- Strong analytical skills to extract actionable insights
- Previous experience in research firms with exposure in internet firms is a plus
