Manager - Consumer & Market Inside - FMCG (3-12 yrs)
We are looking for a Consumer and Market Insights Manager who will design and execute market research as well as user research to drive new product development, marketing strategy and go-to-market tactics for Early Learning and Speciality programs. In this role you will work closely with the product and business team and play a pivotal role in defining the direction of programs.
Eligibility and Experience :
- Minimum 4 years experience conducting qualitative and quantitative research
- Strong analytical skills to extract actionable insights from data
- Strong business awareness and understanding of profitability and efficiency drivers
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- MA in Design or Sociology or a Graduate Degree in a numerate discipline
