Manager - Consumer Insights - Automobile (6-8 yrs)
Job Profile:
- Partner with brand teams/ category heads/ product planning/ business heads to understand and define key problems/scope of partnering on insighting needs Articulate project scope and problem statement to execute Consumer Insighting Projects.
- Have adequate knowledge of Research/ Insighting processes. Core experience in Marketing/Insights/Strategy needed
- Need to partner with market research where essential.
- Develop rich database of consumer behavior insights for Automotive business.
- Total 6 to 8 years of experience in the field of consumer insights, M.B.A degree from a reputed institute.
- To work closely with the Marketing, Sales and Customer Care teams in Auto Sector to understand business issues and identify Strategic problems which need solution
- To create Consumer Insighting solution for identified problems. These solutions could have a component of conventional MR as well
- Recommend action plans to the marketing and product team post completion of the research
- Define categories of consumer behavior studies and roadmap for measurement of consumer behavior studies
- Work closely with product planning to finalize proposals for clinics on new products under development.
Functional Skills :
- Should have worked with or dealt with Insighting functions / Research Agencies and should have a working knowledge of both insighting processes and market research processes
- Business focus
- Good knowledge of automotive industry will be a Big Plus
