We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated vertical head who owns the complete user experience for our brands - Housing.com & Proptiger.com. The objective is to ensure that the users get a 'wow' experience across all touch points of the organization. This team will be a collaborative function and will have work with different teams across the organization to ensure that the user experience is not compromised. This team will also have the responsibility to understand what the users want and define the product roadmap along with the product managers.

They would identify users' needs/issues, create roadmaps, create ops processes to respond to user queries, and collaborate with internal departments to enhance user experience and user brand loyalty. Other responsibilities include: -

- Tracking User NPS/experiences across online and offline channels, devices, and touchpoints.

- Collaborating with product, tech, marketing, and sales teams to enhance user services and brand awareness

- Take user feedback regularly at different touch points of the user journey and derive actionable insights from the feedback

- Create processes with the Ops team for early and satisfactory resolution of user enquiries/issues

- Performing product tests, evaluating after-sales and support services, and facilitating improvements.

- Documenting processes and logging technical issues, as well as user compliments and complaints.

- Track competition and benchmark the user experience for all real estate platforms Apply if you have.

- A bachelor's degree with 4-6 years of experience as a user facing product/growth role or user experience specialist, or a similar role

- Extensive experience in gathering and interpreting user experience information

- Solid knowledge of online user engagement platforms and channels

- Exceptional interpersonal skills

- Great organizational and time management abilities

- Superb communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
