Communications, Media and Tech (CMT) - Manager

Job Description : Seeking a strong leader with consulting delivery and sales experience in the Electronics and High Tech industry.

The ideal candidate would possess skills required to be successful in the following roles :

Project Delivery : Provide individual contribution as well as lead a team to deliver projects for global clients and be responsible for high quality delivery with minimal supervision

Business Development : Support efforts of global sales teams to identify and win potential opportunities within Electronics and High Tech clients. Must have experience in developing and maintaining relationships with clients.

Team Management : Manage a team of consultants and analysts - this includes recruiting, mentoring and performance evaluation

Experience :

Specific experience would include :

- 10 years of relevant EHT experience in industry or in a consulting environment; experience in a reputed consulting firm is preferable

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills

- Experience working with senior decision makers preferred

- MBA from a Tier 1 B-school required

- Exposure to global clients in an onsite environment is preferred

- Possesses excellent communication (written and oral) skills and excellent presentation skills

- Comfortable functioning in a broadly positioned and highly diverse consulting firm

- Excellent teamwork skills and ability to work in a distributed delivery environment

- Diplomatic, flexible, and a team player

Other Details :

Location : Gurgaon/ Bangalore/ Mumbai/ Hyderabad

Travel : Ability to accommodate ongoing domestic and international travel - may range from 25% to 100%

Required candidates who has done full time (2 year) MBA from Tier 1 college.
