- Responsible for B2B sales for an entire cluster with the responsibility of achievement of targets and leading Business Development initiatives.
- Growing the existing business and new client acquisition.
- Understanding client needs and providing end to end solutions for their problems.
- Leading and Mentoring teams for enhanced growth and performance.
- Overall growth and profitability of the business line.
Requirements :
- Post Graduates from Tier 1 institutes only, with experience into sales / business development.
- Experience into Consultative Sales / Solution Selling.
- Excellent written and oral communication.
- Experience of working into start ups preferred.
