Profile of Consultative Sales Specialist and Key Account Manager
We are looking for someone who has an overall experience of 3-5 years in Enterprise Sales management, Business Development , Inside sales, Consultative Sales , Lead generation, Channel Management, market Research and selling our value proposition effectively to CHRO's senior HR professionals, Director HR, and CEO's of start-ups.
Necessary Skills:
- Proven work experience as an Inside sales professional, with a keenness to create customer success stories
- Ability to form multi-level consultative relationships with target companies , ensuring a positive and productive sales experience.
- Relationship Management (up-selling and cross-selling) with all Clients to maintain the future association and ensure y-o-y growth.
- Responsible for achievement of revenue targets by acquiring new clients.
- Hands on experience with MS Excel
- Excellent interpersonal and management skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Good communication, active listening, and rapport-building skills
- Should be a keen learner who brings in learning agility and growth mind-set
- Should be ready to work in a start-up environment
