Manager/Consultant - Sales - Microsoft Dynamics 365 - Manufacturing Firm (5-15 yrs)

POSITION SUMMARY

- Manage the Microsoft Dynamics Application sales modules

- Liaising with business process owners to communicate the impact of requested changes in business language.

- Being responsible for the management of changes as well as ensuring the operability of the service single point of contact within IT organization.

- Accountable for respective Microsoft Dynamics module, including new developments and regular support activities (inci-dents, requests, content updates)

- Support efficient and integrated Microsoft Dynamics solutions, following best practice Deliver customizing / development / implementation in the respective modules

- International travel up to 20% or higher depending on activities (e.g. projects)

KEY ACCOUNTABILTIES

Applications

- Inform the User community about product roadmaps as well as ongoing changes to the system.

- Manage system upgrades by communicating upcoming changes, deploying the upgrades on test systems, verifying and coordinating the system as well as user tests.

Service Management:

- Ensure Service documentation (training material/technical documentation, process descriptions, work instructions)

- Service delivery according to agreed SLAs in terms of availability, quality, functionality

- Service lifecycle covering both functional and technical roadmaps as well as rollout schedules. These plans are developed in close alignment with key business and IT stakeholders, other Service Managers, and external providers

- Define and manage schedules for service updates (versioning, releases, .) in alignment with business & IT initiatives and constraints

- Management of new demand for enhancement of existing services, ensuring a proper execution of the change lifecycle process

- Regular service reviews with Business process owners to ensure consistency of the technology service levels.

- Proactively inform Business process owners about upcoming changes to the service and proactively exchange with them to gather requirements and inputs for service improvements.

- Plan and coordinate the implementation of changes.

- Coordinate and manage the outsourced activities and the relationship with service or technology providers.

Business Solutioning:

- Ensure proper administration, support & enhancement of the respective modules within Microsoft Dynamics

- Proactively drive integration, harmonization & standardization

- Adhere to the Group IT Portfolio Governance Framework and all reporting tasks there of

- Provide regular reporting of the progress on managed activities during the project as well as post go-live on the tickets, enhancements managed.

Activity and change management:

- Perform business analysis of change requests along with the Business Process Owners to ensure a consistency in approach and architecture.

- Perform developments in collaboration with external implementation partners when required.
