- Develop change communication strategies for Fortune 500 client engagements based on an understanding of current and desired future states, and teams impacted by the change
- Demonstrate the ability to write engaging newsletters, stories, presentations, video scripts, speeches and talking points that help mobilize employees in support of key leadership and organizational priorities
- Proven ability in creating internal marketing campaigns, and overseeing the design and production of communications collateral and digital content.
- Ability to develop and implement change communications plans, develop powerful messages to communicate effectively with key audiences and achieve intended outcomes
- Comfortable dealing with business partners at all levels of the organization, providing superior communications counsel and coaching and influencing leadership thinking in change communications
- Contribute to business development effort through activities such as pre-sales client presentations, research, proposal development and SOWs
- Demonstrate strong working knowledge in the planning and implementation of some of the following organizational change management elements: stakeholder analysis & engagement, communications strategy & planning, key message development, change agent network, etc.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in client-facing situations
- Research and analytical skills to support thought leadership and practice development efforts
- Strong writing, editing, proofreading, layout, and design, publishing skills
- Must possess expertise on all matters relating to marketing, public relations, and communications
- Strong knowledge and understanding of current trends in digital media/social media
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, public relations, marketing or related field, or commensurate work experience. MBA or advanced degree in related specialization area preferred
- Minimum of 7 - 12 or more years of work experience (depending on level) in change communications at a Tier-1 consulting firm or in a corporate communications department
- Developing and presenting custom communication plans and solutions within a major transformation program, internal communications, digital marketing, and/or advertising agency environment
Required Skills:
- The complexity of the large-scale engagements/transformations and the change problem statement
- Real examples/ proof points of creating the Integrated program and change management plans that you may have deployed on your client engagements
- Impact created/ results delivered in your capacity
- Examples of potential use cases where you have deployed Digital accelerators on your engagements
- Specific work on Cultural transformation engagements
- Any white papers or unique concepts that you have proposed in the current role
- Any specific work on business/ practice development, RFP's that you have worked on and any examples of that translating into client wins
