Manager- Legal & Compliance Manager (Consultant)

Job Profile :

- The Legal & Compliance Manager will be managing Contract Negotiations, IPR Matters, Litigations, FSSAI and Legal Metrology issues along with Statutory and Ethical Compliance.

Legal : 

- Contract negotiation

- Litigation management

- Review progress of outstanding litigation and liaise with and manage external lawyers.

- Statutory and regulatory compliance

- Intellectual Property matters

- Work closely with IP lawyers for filing trademarks and copyright applications

Ethical Compliance : 

1. Monitors the performance of the Compliance Program and the related activities on a continuous basis, taking appropriate steps to improve its effectiveness.

Education :

- Law Graduate preferably with a commercial incline

- Experience Needed (Professional)

- Should have in house experience in domestic /- multinational company (FMCG preferred) experience in the legal field. 

- Qualification in more than one jurisdiction will be an- added advantage

- Familiarity with operational, HR and commercial side of- business is preferable
