Manager - Compliance - NBFC

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Compliance Manager to oversee and enhance the regulatory compliance framework for our NBFC (Non-Banking Financial Company) business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies while mitigating compliance risks. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to liaise effectively with regulatory bodies, internal stakeholders, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, SEBI regulations, and other applicable legal requirements governing NBFC operations.

- Assist in developing, implementing, and updating compliance policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and control frameworks.

- Identify, assess, and monitor compliance risks, ensuring timely mitigation strategies are in place.

- Prepare and submit timely reports to regulators such as the RBI, SEBI, and other governing bodies.

- Maintain effective relationships with regulators and stay updated on evolving compliance trends, laws, and regulations impacting NBFC operations.

- Conduct periodic internal compliance audits and assist in external audits, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
