Position :- Manager - COMPLIANCE ( CORPORATE PROFILE ; Taking care of entire Kolkata unit based out of corporate office.)  Location: Kolkata  CTC :- 8lac to 11lac ; negotiable  Responsibilities ( in short ):   - To be an integral part of the Compliance team.  Key Responsibilities :  - To review all works of the team member  - To participate in negotiation with vendors of the company  - To oversee the compliance requirement of the company  - To be a facilitator in training related to Anti-bribery and FCPA regulation  - To work with various stakeholders of company like HR, Finance and Operation and provide legal inputs as and when required by the respective stakeholders   Requirements :-   Ideal candidate should have the following:  - Education : LLB ( optional ) + CS ( ideal candidate ; However LLB is not mandatory ; CS is mandatory.) Only CS, is mandatory. Candidates without CS please don't apply.   - Technical skills : Contract Drafting and negotiation, Contract Management, Compliance Management ( Company Law,Labour Laws of India), FCPA and other related laws of US would be preferred, Litigation Management.  NOTE : Candidates open to relocate to kolkata from anywhere in India are welcome.  - Preferred Industry - IT, ITES, BPO, Reputed KPO, Big 4 { highly preferred }, Telecom, ANY INDUSTRY for an EXCELLENT FIT. (preferably services industry ).
