Manager - Compliance - Consulting Firm - CA

Job Description :

- Evaluate all compliances, policies and procedures applicable to the Organisation across jurisdictions (India, US and Poland) and coordinate with all internal teams to resolve all compliance issues effectively and attend all reviews for internal and external department to promote all compliance programs.

- In coordination with the teams, prepare the policies and procedures in compliance with requirements of Internal Control over Financial Reporting and internal governances/control framework of the Company

- Publish Compliance dashboards to the senior leadership and work with the teams on remediation plans.

- Monitor and respond to all queries and complaints for external consultants and auditors and maintain effective relationships with all business units and evaluate policies and procedures to recommend improvements to compliance procedure.

- Administer and review all compliance program and assess all system changes in organization and coordinate with all business units and auditors to perform tests in all internal controls and maintain effectiveness of organization.
