Experience of working asset management / private equity business KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES 1. Preparation and periodic updation of Scheme Offer Documents 2. Working on various SEBI / AMFI / Board reports and statutory disclosures 3. Review of half yearly and annual scheme reports / portfolios 4. To carry out review of various operational process to ensure compliance with regulations 5. Review of compliance with AMC / Group Policies 6. On- going compliance activities pertaining to MF, PMS, AIF, VCF, Offshore funds 7. Assisting on review of legal agreements with various Distributors/Vendors. 8. Liasoning with internal auditors / statutory auditors for ongoing audits and related process 9. To support conducting internal committee meetings.
