Manager - Compliance - Building Material Industry - CA/CS

JOB OUTPUT :

- Lead a team of professional and paraprofessional staff

- To fulfill Company's statutory,tax and legal compliance requirements

- Leading the finance team for finalization of financial statements as per Ind AS and responsible for statutory audit

- Improvement in Company's internal controls and risk management capabilities

- Assist sales and supply chain team on commercial aspects of various transactions/projects and facilitates risk/benefit analysis

- Identifying and highlighting potential risks for the organization and making recommendations to the management for the purpose

- Assist in Tax audits and tax return filings as per the federal and local state level tax requirements

- Ensuring employee engagement and training on Company policies, processes and compliance requirements

- Formulating the Operating Business Plans and Long Term Growth strategy and assisting in execution through reviews and monitoring

- Ensuring all the above within the predefined budgets and achieving savings by effective planning

Candidate Requirement : -

Experience : minimum 10 years with Private company or Chartered Accountant firm.

- IND AS knowledge must.

- Secretarial compliance knowledge must

- Should have SAP hands on working experience

- Cost Accounting knowledge would be an added advantage.
