Job Description :
- Responsible for developing compliance programs, reviewing company policies, and advising management on possible risks
- Ensure that company's policies and procedures comply with regulatory and ethical standards.
- Maintain regulatory knowledge & ensure all compliance are being followed by all departments
- Prepares compliance data by compiling and analyzing internal & external information.
- Conduct periodic internal reviews and/or audits to ensure that compliance procedures are followed
- Identify compliance issues that require follow-up or investigation
- Prepare appropriate compliance reports with management and Board of directors
- Identify & report irregularities
- Discuss emerging compliance issues with management
- Advice management and/or business partners on the implementation or operation of compliance programs
- Provide assistance to internal and/or external auditors in compliance reviews
- Prepare management reports regarding compliance operations & review progress
- Monitor compliance systems to ensure their effectiveness
- Report violations of compliance to appropriate authorities
Qualification & Experience :
- Candidate should be CA/Inter CA/CWA/Inter CWA with relevant experience ( Minimum 5-7 years ) of handling compliance role of large organization.
- Should be familiar with Tax, Corporate, HR & related laws and policies.
- Candidate should be Intelligent, hard working, has to possess integrity and strong interpersonal skills.
- Should be able to drive & handle the profile independently
- Should have strong oral & written communication skills with ability to present to Senior board members of the Company.
