Requirements - 1. Essentially a CS preferably along the Insurance domain. 2. LLB will be an added advantage. 3. Exposure to dealing with IRDAI will be an added advantage. JD - 1. Will be responsible for ensuring Regulatory Compliance in all aspects of Insurance Distribution Business. 2. Ability to grasp and understand the Regulatory requirements vis-a-vis laid down guidelines is a must. Skill Set - 1. In-depth knowledge of Legality in Insurance sector. 2. Strong analytical skills for regulations and apprehending their compliance. 3. Should be able to understand and guide the Business Head/Management on this very aspect of business. 4. Capability of conducting Training on compliance to stakeholders. (Preferred)
