Manager - Compliance - BFSI

- Within Regulatory Compliance Operations, Regulatory & Shareholding Disclosures Team (RSD) is responsible for monitoring & ensuring disclosure of Client's Entities- positions in Equity & Equity derivatives of listed companies across the Globe.

- The team also monitors and discloses positions held in EU Countries- Sovereign Bonds, Credit Default Swaps & Bond derivatives.

- The monitoring and disclosures are both at an aggregated & entity level based on the Regulations of each of the Countries. The RSD Team ensures Compliance of the Group to Regulations which cater to Substantial Shareholding, Short Selling, Takeover & Merger, Sensitive Industries, Market Abuse and Companies- bye laws.

- The Team also provides compliance service in a variety of areas including, but not limited to the management of conflicts of interest, Equity finance approvals, Managing Transaction check requests for Control room and Issuer Requests.

- To understand varied regulations across jurisdictions with respect to shareholdings and holdings in sovereign bonds and utilize the knowledge in ensuring the Group's compliance to the regulations

- To ensure that the Disclosure notifications of the Operations Team are accurate and in adherence to the deadlines

- To be aware of new regulations / changes in regulations and ensure that the Operations Team incorporates these in their day to day monitoring

- To liaise with Regulators adhering to the Group's guidelines

- The incumbent will have to work closely with Business, Legal & Compliance Teams both Global and Regional as well as with stakeholders at all levels across the Group.
Work Timing would be UK Shift (might stretch up-to 1 PM)
