Manager - Compensation & Rewards - FMCG/Auto (1-4 yrs)

- Design Total Rewards strategy

- Design and lead the annual Compensation & Market Survey increase survey for the organization.

- Design and recommend changes in Sales Incentive Plans which drive high performance in the business operations.

- Ensure pay parity & grid monitoring during recruitment & promotion

- Timely payroll processing & ensure statutory compliances

- PMS process in collaboration with TM

- Design & develop Total Reward Strategy in alignment with individual/ Team & Company Performance

- Research market trends and apply those findings to develop and tailor policies, programs, that address the organization's ability to attract, retain and engage employees.

- Define practices & policies around pay for performance. Define the Compensation Strategy for the group. Execute the Compensation Policy with clear guidelines around percentile positioning Promotion guidelines; Mid-Year salary correction guidelines; Retention of Talent against Market Offer Guidelines etc.

- Stay abreast of market conditions through surveys and external networking and ensure competitive market-based pay structures are in place and link to overall business and organizational strategies

- Design and lead the annual Compensation & Market Survey increase survey for the organization.

- Design and recommend changes in Sales Incentive Plans which drive high performance in the business operations.

- Monitor payroll to ensure timely closure of all employee hygiene issues.

- Create the Salary Range guideline for Recruitment Team & ensure zero mistakes in any Compensation matter. Conduct Monthly audits & publish a report to CEO

- Develop Annual compensation philosophy along with Head of HR and CEO along with market data, before commencing the annual goal setting, and performance review exercises every year

- Evaluate & submit proposals around retention bonus; Hi Po bonus, Long Term & Short-Term incentives based on Business Evolution & needs

- Work with Business heads and Overseas Units continuously to develop or improve current Global mobility processes, manuals and keep abreast of legal requirements for expats in India and those in overseas units

- HR Analytics: HR Metrics & Reporting; Data Analytics; HR Audits- Internal & External; HRIS & HR Shared Services
