Experience: 5 to 7 years of experience in organization of repute and successfully handled role in compensation and benefits for at least 3 years.
Role and Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Develop comprehensive recruiting plans to meet the human capital needs of strategic goals.
- Review and select appropriate candidates to be evaluated by hiring manager, overseeing fairness and objectivity of the process and ensuring compliance with local regulations and best practices.
- Run strategic recruitment meetings with line managers to diagnose the hiring need, shape up the right profile and agree on the recruitment process with agreed lead time.
- Communicate the Employee Value Proposition of the company to the aspiring candidates and successful in hiring high calibre candidate in the organisation.
- Management Trainee hiring-Single point of contact for hiring from premier B-schools and drive engagement initiatives to position the organisation as the employer of choice in the management institutes.
Compensation & Benefits
- HR Rewards and Strategy-Define rewards policy relevant in creating a high performance work culture.
- Recommend total remuneration policies and practices which reflect the evolving market practices.
- Performance Management-Plan, communicate, implement and review Salary review framework and processes towards driving and inculcating high performing culture in achieving company goals.
- Cost Management-Establish salary budgets and controls in line with compensation strategy and business requirements.
- Manage the compensation and benefits survey process and study market norms and practices.
Academic Qualification:
- Degree in Engineering / Science / Humanities / Commerce from a reputed institute / university.
- An MBA in HR from a premiere business school in India.
Knowledge:
- Knowledge of HR tools, systems & processes in areas of Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits
Performance Management.
- Knowledge of contemporary techniques, trends & developments in the space of Human Resource Management.
