- Responsible for providing effective, relevant and timely data and reporting to enable analysis and insights to support the execution of P&R policies and programs
- Responsible for production of standard reporting packs and presentations, delivered to agreed specification and timeframe, for delivery to stakeholders
- Fulfil all necessary requirements to support the successful execution of the year-end process, covering all aspects of performance management and reward across the Global P&R Teams
- Responsible for delivery and ongoing monitoring of all relevant performance and reward metrics, highlighting issues and trends
- Input into product development, ensuring that Global requirements have been raised at the relevant forum and that unsuitable / unnecessary requirements are challenged
- Proactively keep up-to-date with related people/HR and business issues and initiatives that may impact on the P&R strategy to ensure appropriate reporting, analytics and insights are shared with relevant stakeholders
- Act as the reporting and analytics product champion for P&R to stakeholders across the HR function and within the business, building awareness and adoption of relevant products, incorporating local business needs and regulatory requirements as appropriate
- Seek and propose ways to improve, simplify and automate reporting
