Manager - Compensation & Benefits - Service Industry (Tier 1 University)
About the client: The client is a leading MNC in the service sector with a very strong global presence in about 40+ countries worldwide.
- Develop compensation philosophy, redesign the compensations structure and employee benefits program
- Manage Executive compensation, salary structuring, retirement plans, salary administration and incentives
- Analyse and evaluate external market data, develop salary budgets and forecasts that are consistent with the organisation strategy.
- Lead and Implement Job Evaluation for the organization.
- Plan and design the company's rewards philosophy
- Ensure compliance of benefits policy with local regulatory reporting requirements.
- Select, and manage ongoing relationships with external stakeholders both local and global
- Manage your own end to end portfolio
Key Requirements :
- Full time MBA/PGDBM from tier 1 university
- Must carry experience in consulting industry or IT/Captive/ITes/Banking
- 4 to 7 years of relevant work experience in the areas of Compensation and Benefits
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and presentation skills
