Key Responsibilities :
- Work with Senior business leadership to strategise, develop and implement Compensation & Benefits policy and structure for the Organisation
- Managing reward interventions incl. benchmarking, annual salary revisions, design of incentive and benefits programs, job evaluation
- Designing of new initiatives and implementation of running R&R programs
The Successful Applicant :
- 2 to 4 years of working experience in HR Rewards/ C&B with internet/ E-commerce/ Tech Product companies (Start ups will be preferred)
- Experience managing stock options is highly preferred
- MBA from Tier 1/ Tier 2 is highly preferred
- Strong business acumen with excellent stakeholder management
- Excellent analytics skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
