Manager - Compensation & Benefits

To support in the administration of the of the employee compensation, perks and benefits aligned to compensation strategy and ensure that the employee compensation is in within the developed pay ranges for each role basket

Compensation Strategy and Practices :

- Provide inputs for the defining of the total rewards strategy aligned to business requirements and market trends

- Work with external partners to conduct compensation benchmarking exercises to periodically determine the desired compensation positioning

- Support the design and deployment of competitive rewards practices

- Define, review and manage pay ranges in line with market positioning and internal parity

Employee cost planning and review :

- Support the employee cost budgeting exercise and manage the budget through the year

- Design and use dashboards and reports to gain insights into effectiveness of rewards practices and data

- Review employee cost periodically with key stakeholders and provide inputs for cost management; develop and deploy internal operating procedures and controls for managing budgets

Compensation system management and annual processes :

- Work with IT to ensure accuracy of compensation systems and tools

- Support the timely completion of key monthly and annual compensation activities such as the annual compensation review and promotion cycles

- Work with internal stakeholders (HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition and Line Managers) to support hiring through compensation fitments

- Monitor activities to ensure adherence to policies and operating procedures

Candidate Profile:

Education : Post Graduation in HR preferably from a premier college

Relevant Experience : 6-10 years of experience

Knowledge :

- Intermediate to Expert level proficiency in Excel

- Job evaluation methodologies
