Job Description:

- Researchmarkettrendsandapplythosefindingstodevelopandtailorpolicies, programs, that address the organization's ability to attract, retain and engage employees.

- Design and recommend changes in Sales Incentive Plans which drive high performance in the operations.

- Monitor payroll to ensure timely closure of all employee hygiene issues.

- Monitor statutory and legal compliances and ensure that Cinepolis adheres to all guidelines as required by the law of the land.

- Review and revise total reward systems for specific employee populations and strengthen pay for performance.
