Overview of job :

Looking for an experienced Compensation & Benefits manager to support the pay-for-performance philosophy and ensuring that all compensation programs are market competitive and drive desired business results and reward exceptional performance and contribution by creating and communicating a compensation program that's fair, trusted and easy to use.

Reporting of the role - To the Chief Talent Officer

Responsibilities of the role:

- Formulate policies, procedures and programs in the area of Compensation & Benefits and performance management.

- Conducting job evaluations and leading year end appraisal cycles.

- Build a winning long term compensation strategy in synch with the business growth goals and people priorities.

- Ensure all employees understand compensation philosophy and believe its fair.

- Participate in annual Salary & Benefits Surveys to ensure market competitiveness.

- Define a fair, equitable and competitive total compensation package that fits and is aligned to our company's strategy and business goals.

- Support in designing and drafting standard guideline Compensation & benefits policies.

- Serve as compensation advisor to Chief Talent Officer.

- Innovate and react quickly to changing business and market realities and demonstrate openness and flexibility to business needs and requests

- Provide thought leadership and drive internal conversations in the compensation space.

What you will need:

- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field. Master's Degree Preferred.

- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle changing priorities.

- Collaboration and influence skills. Ability to work effectively across organizations and engage key constituents, garnering active support.

- Demonstrated ability to design and implement a best class compensation function

- Past success taking a compensation function through significant change and transformation.

- High capability to manage and navigate a matrix environment.

- Exhibits a spirit of relentless improvement.

- Willingness to challenge status quo and strive for better.

- Strategic thinker who has a high degree of flexibility and agility.

- Ability to establish strong personal credibility and build client relationships throughout the organization to deliver employee driven solutions.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to listen well and translate information into outcomes that leaders and employees can digest and understand.

- Capable of effectively articulating vision and strategy of a compensation function to all levels of employees.

- At least 8 years experienced in Compensation & Benefits.

- Excellent communication skills, fluent in both spoken and written English.

- Computer skill in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (Advanced Excel skills are vital).

- Positive attitude, energetic, self-direct, well organized, details oriented.
