Job profile :
1. Centralized Payroll - Responsible for managing centralized payroll for entire Group
2. Manage the performance and effectiveness of centralized payroll team
3. Manage payroll vendor
4. Design and implement compensation and benefits programs
5. Monitor and design salary structure and benefits provisions
6. Prepare budgets for C&B cost and HR operations.
7. Administer and review employees benefit programs.
8. Manage labour laws compliance for the group with help of the service provider.
