Manager - Compensation & Benefits - Manufacturing (8-10 yrs)

Role title : Manager - C & B - Manufacturing

Reporting to : Senior General Manager

- To develop systems and procedures which address the needs of the employees in accordance with the business plans of the organization. To provide leadership and direction for key HR areas, in particular Compensation & Benefit & Organization Development.

- Formulate policies, procedures and programs in the area of Benefits, Compensation, Employee Relations, Performance Management and Organizational Development

- Design and Implement identified organization development interventions through selection, design and delivery of services and programs that may include talent management, leadership development, change management etc.

- Oversee the communication flow within the organization with a view to ensuring adherence to HR systems and procedures and collaborates with line managers.

- Identify issues/ areas of improvement proactively and introduce specific initiatives and implement these in the organization

- Provide timely and regular updates to the function head on all departmental activities

- Maintain an awareness of developments in the fields of Human Resources to ensure that the organization continues to take advantage of the latest thinking in these areas.

- Define a fair, equitable and competitive total compensation package that fits and is aligned to our company's strategy and business goals

- Monitor reviews of compensation and benefits packages to maintain market positioning

- Implement in job evaluations and the annual merit process as required.

- Ensure compensation and benefits standards comply with company policies and/or other regulations or legislation.

- Ensure compliance with Data Privacy and Protection Guidelines.

Educational Qualification : PG in Human Resource Management

Previous Experience :

- Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience. Experience in Compensation & Benefit required. Experience in OD interventions desirable.

Industry to be hired from :

- FMCG or Consumer goods will be preferred. Position is open to applicants from other industries.
