Position: Compensation & Benefits Manager (6-9 yrs) (Leading MNC IT Company)

Role:

- Responsible for designing compensation, determining appropriate salary structures, managing annual salary revision exercises through surveys, analysis of positioning & budget development, monitoring the compensation program and making changes periodically, if required

- Responsible for aligning the Compensation practices of the organization with the overall HR and organizational philosophy

- Should be able to drive Compensation practice individuality under the Compensation & Benefits head

- Prepare presentations for senior management

- Monitoring the organization's Compensation structure and maintain balance between compliance, control of costs and attracting and retaining staff

- Member of project team responsible for developing and executing technology roadmap for Market Intelligence & Annual Planning and the Total Rewards CoE

- Perform quantitative and qualitative data analysis of key market intelligence indicators

- Consult with and educate Sr. Leaders and managers on the Company's Compensation philosophy, policies and structures.

- Researching and analysing market data to use for developing compensation structures. Ad hoc analysis for business leaders for key skills or talent. General market pricing of jobs through salary surveys

- Undertaking job evaluations to ensure that the differences in pay between those doing different jobs within the organization are fair and are perceived to be so

- May prepare RFPs and shortlist vendors. Responsible for timely completion of appraisal cycle/revision cycle

Requirements:

- MBA (HR/ Finance)

- 6-9 yrs of experience in Compensation & Benefits, preferably in an IT Company

- Strong presentation skills and communication skills

- Good at data analysis

- Utilize strong organizational skills to establish a plan, define objectives, set deliverables/timelines and implement quality standards

- Past experience in matrix organization or corporate office will be preferred
