- Manage the C&B administration and operations

- Conduct market survey to assess competitiveness and carry out corporate bench-marking

- Manage internal and external stakeholders and solve queries and provide reports to management

- Administer employee benefit programs

- Manage and analyse data and provide suggestions for change accordingly

- Shape the compensation policy and benefits program
