- Prepared hiring grid annually for recruitment of employees across level in the organization based on outcome of compensation benchmarking exercise external parity

- Compensation Planning Analysis and Proposal

- Supported compensation head in preparation of compensation related proposal and salary simulation to facilitate company board and top management to make compensation related decision

- Worked with compensation head to prepare proposal for approval by NRC (Nomination and Remuneration Committee) - annual increment budget, short term incentive disbursement and ESOP grants

- Wage Cost Analysis Prepare wage cost analysis with YTD actual and budget for management review along with competitor wage cost placement
