Position Overview :&nbsp; Location - Gurgaon Designation - Manager- Compensation &amp; Benefits and HR Analytics Roles &amp; Responsiblities : - The individual should have prior experience managing Total Rewards within the Asia region along with strong knowledge of plan administration and compliance. - The ideal candidate will have strong technical benefits and compensation knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively partner with internal/external stakeholders &amp;leaders. - Responsible for overseeing, at times - designing, supporting, implementation and administration of compensation, benefits and rewards initiatives &amp; policies. As a compensation specialist, s/he would collaborate cross-functionally with various teams like Human Resources, Finance and Business; and assist in all compensation activities throughout the year. - The role also encompasses the Compensation &amp;HR Reporting and Analytics which will help business take strategic decisions related to organization/employees. - The incumbent should also shoulder responsibility of interacting with Global Mobility team and act as single point of contact for them and assist in movement of employees from India across Locations. - Carry out role mapping/career level mapping exercises across the organization. Calculate &amp; understand the percentile pay of the company as compared to the market. Working on understanding the organizational structure &amp; context to create relevant Salary Grids &amp; new structures. - Monitors internal, external and peer group compensation and benefits data/trends to ensure competitiveness and effectiveness of Compensation and Benefits programs for the region/country - Lead Annual performance appraisal processes .Working with external agencies &amp; vendors to collect market intelligence &amp; use the same for appraisal &amp; compensation related decision making to stay competitive in the market. - Helps to plan and develop benefits programs, typically evaluates cost and competitiveness and effective of the programs. - Business partner on all aspects of reward by supporting and challenging HRBPs and business leaders on processes, insights and project activities. - Constantly analyse and ensure compensation strategy is in line with the business needs and market realities - Provides consulting and business partnering with stakeholders in achieving company objectives while providing the right benefits for Employees - Exercise judgement within defined practices and policies in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation of criteria for obtaining results.
