Job function: Compensation & Benefits

Job location: Gurgaon

Job Description:

Job Purpose: To Manage C&B & HR ops (Payroll, HRSS, & compliance) for commercial operations & Plant operations in India.

Job Responsibilities:

- Designing & reviewing Compensation & Benefits strategies for the organization (for commercial & Plant.

- Design & implement sales incentive plans & process

- Partnering with the business leaders and other stakeholders in the C & B discussions

- Participating in the compensation survey

- Managing the Compensation Review cycle for all employees that would include processing promotions, increments & variable pay

- Designing / Reviewing the Compensation Structure in line with the local Income tax rules/ statutory regulations.

Job Evaluation and salary range design, preferably with mercer methodology

- Prepare the relevant data & information pertaining to the annual survey

- Annual compensation benchmarking for the organization basis the survey reports

- Creating hiring guidelines & salary ranges for the use of Talent Acquisition

- Review & audit the compensation of all new hires on timely basis to ensure compliance of the guidelines & salary Budget

- Design & implement new policies as per the requirement along with regional C&B team

- Revisit the policies and processes timely and recommend requisite changes to support the business need.

- Managing communication of the changes in policy to all the stakeholders.

- Educating the HR business partners about Compensation philosophy & basic Compensation processes

- Work closely with the Finance team for budgeting to provide inputs on salary cost, benefits cost & Variable pay plan.

- Tracking the salary cost of all functions on a monthly basis

- Prepare Various Adhoc reports as per business need

- Preparation of Monthly Workforce Analytics Report

- Liaison with regional & global teams and work closely to ensure compliance

- Lead and develop HR ops (payroll, HRSS & statutory compliance)

- Sales incentive plan management

- Benefits management (Insurance etc.)

- Manage R&R

Required Experience & Education:

MBA from a Reputed College with 7- 10 years of experience in C&B, Payroll & HR operations.
