We are pleased to inform you that we are currently hiring Manager -compensation & benefits (Designation Open) for our client - a healthcare provider .

Responsibilities :

1) Compensation:

- Overall planning of compensation, budgeting - program manage Merit increase for the organization

- Conduct job analysis for all positions

- Provide guidance to employees in interpretation and implementation of compensation related policies and procedures

- Conduct internal and external salary equity reviews to determine the organization competitiveness and make recommendation to the Leadership

2) Benefits:

- Manages the benefits function, including all benefit plan designs and recommends plan revisions that are cost effective and consistent with trends and company objectives.

- Designs, evaluates and makes recommendations to modify benefits policies to ensure that the programs are current, competitive and in compliance with legal requirements Ensures daily administration of all benefit plans are handled in a timely and accurate manner. Mediate between benefits providers and employees.

- Ensures timely renewal of all benefit policies

3) Payroll :

- Processing payroll, wages and timely disbursement of all salaries in collaboration with the payroll vendor

- Ensuring timely submission of returns basis the monthly payroll (PF, ESI, LWF etc)

- Ensure adherence to Minimum wages applicable to the respective states and recommend changes to the leadership team as and when there is a change in the minimum wages

4) Compliance :

- Ensure upto date and accurate information pertaining to employee costs, contracts, benefits and pro-active communication on issues related to statutory, tax compliance from meeting desired expectation and ensuring timelines

Minimum requirement:

- 6-7 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits

- Strong knowledge on statutory compliance

- Knowledge of compensation principles and practices, including survey design and multiple classification methods

- Skill in writing job descriptions

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to effectively collect, analyze, evaluate and prepare compensation and benefit statistical data

- Ability to take initiative and to work with minimal supervision.
