KRA's :
- Working on country level compensation programs
- End to end program management of various Business unit related compensation interventions
- Designing processes to ensure smooth implementation of programs
- Involved in Salary and Benefits bench-marking with external vendors
- Designing salary structures for new roles/contract models
- Cost analysis and effective utilization of budget for salary revision
- Job grading and evaluation
- Compensation Bench-marking Exercises.
Desired :
- Proven leadership skills
- Post - MBA in HR.
- Background in a Comp & Benefits is essential.
- Positive & high energy
- Strong written and spoken communication & interpersonal skills
