Job Profile: Comp & Ben + HRBP

- H/Se will be responsible to take care of Comp & Ben point, recommend Annual Compensation Review guidelines.

- Ensure the compensation recommendations are in line with business plans and context.

- Oversees the development, implementation and maintenance of compensation and benefit policies and programs, which support company objectives and HR practices.

- This position also ensures that the compensation and benefits programs support the organization's strategic objectives and meet the legal requirements.

- The incumbent of this position will interface with our senior executives, business leaders and Human Resource business partners and have extensive involvement in the preparation of materials being presented to senior management.

- The HR Business Partner provides the day-to-day performance management guidance to the business's management personnel through coaching, career development, counselling, and disciplinary actions. In this capacity, the HR Business Partner manages and resolves employee-relations issues.

- The HR business partner (HRBP) position is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The position serves as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues. The role assesses and anticipates HR-related needs. Communicating needs proactively with the HR department and business management, the HRBP seeks to develop integrated solutions. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization.

- The HR Business Partner collaborates with business to enable measurable difference in employee focus and increase productivity. Formulates partnerships across the human resource department to facilitate the delivery of value-added services to departments and employees that reflect the business values and objectives.

- The HR Business Partner creates a people plan for the business and its various departments considering the wider HR agenda and any specific people issues that may be existent within the business. Also implements talent management processes for all employees in all departments within the business and provides thought-leadership on issues that may improve operation and performance of the business as well as the HR department.
