- Researching compensation trends and reviewing compensation surveys

- Develop single compensation and benefits strategy

- Periodical review of HR policies

- Involving in research and deployment of new CTC structured

- Experience in Digitalization & Automation

- Identify and implement benefits to increase the quality of life for employees.

- Design, evaluate and modify benefits policies

- Responsible for managing the Performance Management System
