Manager - Compensation & Benefits - BPO/ITeS (10-13 yrs)
- Coordinate with Head HR regarding compensation & benefits programs.
- With guidance from the Head HR, develop and deploy compensation programs to attract, retain and motivate employees. To include, but not limited to, salary structures, incentive plans and job families and titles.
- Interpret, implement, evaluate, administer and communicate compensation programs for multi-site workforce
- Ensure that compensation and benefits practices are in compliance with current laws and regulations
- Responsible for regularly auditing compensation and benefits programs. Make recommendations regarding corrective actions to management.
- Develop and participate in compensation/benefits surveys. Assess findings and impact on the company. Prepare statistical data and reports concerning benefits/compensation activities.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements
- Respond to employee questions and issues
