Hiring for Manager for Compensation & Benefits

Location : Hyderabad

Qualification: Any Graduate/MBA/PGDM or Equivalent

Skills :

Previous experience as a compensation analyst. Primary work will require a solid understanding of India-based compensation practices.

Knowledge of total compensation principles and ability to apply them to compensation delivery (e.g., job evaluation, salary administration, equity, incentives, and survey administration).

Understanding of standard compensation processes such as pay administration, merit planning, pay-for-performance, and job analysis.

Knowledge of compensation surveys, custom survey design and statistical analysis, incentive plan design and analysis, job evaluation methodologies and pay structure analysis and design.

Intermediate to advanced proficiency in job analysis methodologies.

Understanding of survey participation process.

Roles & Responsibilities :

Support the modeling of financial impact of compensation plans.

Participate in identification, modeling and implementation of performance metrics in support of compensation plan analysis and design.

Support the Compensation CoE to assess the competitiveness of pay and program features relative to market practices.

Work with Compensation CoE to conduct initial job analysis; review recommendations and revise as appropriate.

Partner with Compensation CoE to implement and configure the Kenexa tool. Partner with Compensation CoE to develop, maintain and administer custom compensation surveys.

Support job analysis as appropriate; Support pay structure development; Support the CoE in the design and review of incentive plans and sales incentive plans.

Participate in program implementation activities including education and training.

Prepare survey participation documents and interact with survey vendors to complete submissions; using automated tools, maintain surveys, job matches, and salary ranges on compensation administration systems.

Work with HRIS and staff to ensure that the SAP system meets compensation needs and is updated to reflect changes to salary structures, bonus programs, etc.
