Manager - Compensation & Benefits

Assist in the development, implementation and administration of compensation programs.

- Prepare recommendations and conduct special studies regarding compensation programs.

- Participate in formal presentations of new programs, structures or guidelines.

- Conduct job analysis and maintain documentation to support compensation structure including: job descriptions, survey benchmarks, and other relevant supporting data.

- Investigate and recommend resolution on classification questions and out-of-cycle salary actions.

- Develop and participate in a variety of compensation and benefit surveys to determine position as compared to the market.

- Research and analyze relevant data, sources, and surveys to support a competitive program.
