One of our client is looking for candidate who will be responsible for :
- Integration post M&A
- Revamp the complete C&B policies
- Complete understanding of C&B policies & rewards
- Systematic understanding of Total rewards, as well as other HR functions
- At present also taking care of in house C&B
Please note :
- Candidate with overall 8 years of HR experience
- 5 years in functional capacity
- Premiere B School candidates
