Manager - Compensation & Benefits Benchmarking - FMCG/Mfg/Pharma/Healthcare (2-4 yrs)

Education : MBA in Human Resources from Tier 1 institute

Experience : 2-3 years as Human Resources professional with exposure to compensation and benefits

- Exposure to one or more other areas of HR (benefits, talent acquisition, learning & development)

- Working knowledge of fundamental aspects of compensation (base pay, long-term incentive programs, annual incentive programs, sales compensation programs, etc.)

- Should have worked with reputed Indian/Multinational organizations

- Responsible for Compensation & Benefits related aspects of HR. Partner with internal clients (HR and business leaders) to design, review and update compensation and benefits policies and processes through internal and external feedback to attract, motivate and retain employees.

C&B Consulting : Provide regular compensation and benefits consulting support to the business to ensure that all decisions and actions related to C&B are in line with philosophy and guidelines. Provide recommendations and support decision making for various pay actions (job offers, promotions, equity increases, bonus buyouts, etc.) by utilizing survey sources, market references, internal equity, and other data as appropriate

C&B Policies : Review processes and policies to recommend appropriate changes. Support in harmonization of policies and processes as required

Annual Merit Increase : Lead annual merit increase for the assigned business including design and implementation of guidelines, creation of template, budget utilization and input finalization. Preparation of Taxonomy to provide in depth merit analysis to business

Job Evaluation : Manage job evaluation requests from business for new / existing positions and recommend salary grades as appropriate

Compensation Benchmarking : Support in compensation bench-marking exercise across in line with global contract and utilize the same to create grade-wise / role-wise pay ranges, provide market insights and analytical support to business for decision making etc.

C&B Induction : Deliver C&B inductions to new joinees across all business units

C&B Initiatives & Projects : Manages special compensation and benefits projects including re-organizations, government-mandated changes, etc.
