Role : Manager - Compensation & Benefits and Performance Management

Designation Band & Level : Manager / Senior Manager

Function : HR & Administration

Key Accountabilities :

Performance Management :

- Initiate goal setting and performance review on annual basis in line with Hoshin at functional level for aligning organization targets and individual KRAs

- Monitor implementation of performance management process (on quarterly, mid-term, annual basis) and review performance data to finalize increments

- Facilitate trainings for all employees to educate them on the PMS cycle, relevant templates, timelines and provide clarifications as required

Compensation & Benefits :

- Provide expert advice on policy interpretation and implementation for day-to-day rewards operations

- Review total rewards framework, analyse YoY payroll variances, perform compensation benchmarking with external market, compare with global affiliates and propose modifications to ensure an optimized yet competitive rewards strategy

- Drive training and/or communication efforts for implementation of new/ revised compensation programs, salary policies and procedures for all employees

- Participate and evaluate year on year compensation and benefits benchmarking exercise and provide analyzed report

- Support in implementing Industry best practices with respect to rewards and benefits

- Oversee the administration of key reward processes like annual compensation review, variable pay, sales incentive plan, rewards grievances handling etc. to ensure smooth operations and a motivated workforce

- Accurate and timely monthly payroll processing

- Align with S&M to administer merit incentive payouts based on TLI policies and monitor payroll operations for employees on a monthly basis

- Ensure accurate data entry for new employees in the C&B system, aligning to the compensation policy (linked to level, band, designation, etc.)

- Provide support to employees in resolving queries and policy issues for compensation and benefit programs to ensure transparency

Labour and Statutory compliance :

- Manage all the Statutory and labor compliances of all the three office locations of TFSIN

- Oversee all Employee settlement related PF and Gratuity

Expat Employees :

- Manage all process and agreement related to Expatriate employment contract including arrival and exit formalities

- Oversee all Salary & Tax related aspects of Expatriates

- Form-16 and ITR filing for expats
