Job Title/Designation: Manager Compensation and benefit Pune

Job Description:

- Responsible in implementation of C&B plan and benchmark compensation and benefit plans of company against market to ensure that the most effective plans are put in place to maximize employee attraction and retention within an objective and systematic framework

- Provide inputs in creation and implementation of overall organization wide HR strategy, aligned with company's mission and objectives to meet future talent needs

- Develop C&B budget, seek approval from Head- HR & President, and provide administrative oversight in implementation of C&B plan

- C&B plan design and implementation

- Conduct market study and identify best practices/ competition's compensation & benefits plans

- Benchmark compensation and benefit plans of against market to ensure that the most effective plans are put in place to maximize employee attraction and retention within an objective and systematic framework

- Design and implement compensation and benefits structure and programs

- Ensure C&B plans are competitive enough to appropriately attract, motivate and retain employees in order to achieve target objectives

- Monitor and review the effectiveness of compensation and benefits programs and recommend modifications to reduce costs

Performance Management System (PMS) :

- Design and execute the PMS based on leading practices with the aim to provide a fair and transparent performance management

- Develop and update the quarterly and annual appraisal process across the organization

Candidate Profile:

- Minimum 4 years of work experience

- Proven experience in planning of Annual Compensation cycle and compensation modeling

- Exposure of working with senior management teams

Experience: 5 to 10 years

Annual CTC: Rupees 15,00,000 to 18,00,000
