Manager - Company Secretary - FMCG (4-7 yrs)

PURPOSE OF ROLE

- Compliance of all company related laws such as Companies Act, 2013 and all other allied laws that may be applicable to the Company

- To arrange with and hold meetings of the board and to prepare a correct record of proceedings and to attend the broad meetings in order to ensure that the legal requirements are fulfilled, and provide such information as are necessary. To prepare agenda for board meetings, notice and explanatory statements of General meetings.

Preparing and maintenance of minutes of directors meetings and general meetings.

- Ensuring all statutory forms are filed promptly

- Preparation and maintenance of statutory registers.

- Interaction with Internal and Statutory Auditors

Key Accountabilities

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS

- Candidate should be a qualified company secretary and should be a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

- 4 - 7 years Post Qualification Experience in a law firm and/ or MNC

- Fluency in English is essential, with exposure to a multinational desirable.

- Strong inter-personal skills and excellent communication skills with an ability to work will all functional and business partners,

- Ability to work across multiple countries and with constituents from many backgrounds and nationalities
