Manager - Company Secretary - BFS

Prerequisites- Technical

1.Person should have good knowledge of Companies act 2013 and 2017 , Experience in set up of Incorporation of companies in India for ex Pvt comp, lLP and liaison office.

2. Experience in on going compliance like board meetings, Shareholders meetings, submission of various Eforms

3. Experience in Due Diligence of compliance

4. Corporate Restrucuring like Merger and Demerger

5. Experience in Winding up, closures of entitites

6. Experience in Foreign Exchange Law in Foreign direct investment and External commercial borrowing and related compliance to the same

Must have : 

1 6 to 7 Years of CS work

2 Client Management, resource Management skills and team management skills

3 Good Communication and Analytical skills

- If the candidate comes from a corporate exp he/ she should posses exp in managing a group of companies
