- 10-15 years of training experience in English language / Communication Skills / Voice and Accent Training.
- Experience of TTT / Mentoring / Supervision / Line Management and Training Quality Management.
- Conduct periodic training needs analyses.
- Develop and rollout timely as well as effective, innovative training solutions to address the above stated gaps
- Illustrate needle movement w.r.t trainee capability on communication skills post-training
- Supervise talent pool development through Pre-Hire Communication skills training
- Execute and monitor corrective developments and action plans for customer facing teams
