Manager - Commercial/Sales Training - Healthcare (8-12 yrs)

Job Purpose :
- Responsible for development, roll out and execution of all training programs. Will be a liaison between the local and the global team.
Job responsibility :
- Assure that the internal direct employees & distributors partners get adequate education & coaching, to acquire knowledge & competences to enable them to execute on their core job responsibilities & achieve the commercial short & long term objectives.
Ideal Candidate :
- Some one with 7-12 years experience taking care of commercial/sales training for half of India with a leading pharma/medical devices/healthcare company.
