Position - Manager Commercial Leasing and Sales

Should be exposure in leasing of IT/ITes park/SEZ/commercial/retail/industrial assets with hands on experience of documentation

Experience in Market analysis and Market Feasibility study

- To independently handle commercial leasing and sales activities

- To source leads, enquiries through business development activities

- To handle end to end lease and sales transactions documentation - Term Sheet/LOI/Agreement/Registration/billing, etc.

- To generate lead through Business Development activities

- Client Inspections

- Documentation

- Customer Relationship Management

- Raising of Invoices and timely receipt of Payment
